In order to provide the best experience and maximum personal instruction, WCM typically limits class sizes to 4 persons (except Coastal Navigation - ASA 105). The minimum number for a class to take place is 3 students. Your class WILL BE RESCHEDULED if the class has less than 3 students. There are no refunds. You may have the option of paying extra to keep the class at the scheduled time with less than 3 students. The best way to make sure your class goes off as scheduled, at the price listed here, is to HELP US FILL THE CLASS WITH YOUR FRIENDS!
You are required to purchase and review the course materials prior to your arrival. This ensures the classes can move along swiftly, you get the best result, and spend more time on the water, sailing!

Because Stuff Happens
Up to 60 days before the start of your scheduled course or class, you may request an alternate date. There are no refunds offered, however you may reschedule your class booking for a fee (20% of the full class amount), booking another date up to one year from your original class start date.
Please understand that your change/rescheduling affects all other enrolled students, some of whom may have already purchased airfare and taken time off work. Your changes also affect your instructor’s schedule, as well as boat scheduling. This could result in postponing the class or canceling it entirely. For these reasons there are no refunds or rescheduling within 60 days of class start date.
If your charter or lessons are cancelled due to Covid-19 regulations or travel restrictions, we will waive the rescheduling fee and offer extra time to reschedule. We do not offer refunds, however, and recommend our guests purchase private travel insurance through their credit card company and/or third party.
